Mosaic Post-Production Lab is an annual, two-phase program designed to support Arab filmmakers as they refine and elevate the edit of their feature-length films. The Lab begins with an online consultancy phase, followed by an in-person phase in Jordan. Selected teams engage in one-on-one sessions with seasoned editors and creative consultants to sharpen narrative structure, address creative and technical challenges, and prepare for targeted audience feedback.

The in-person phase features Work-in-Progress (WIP) screenings, moderated discussions, and a series of tailored masterclasses covering key post-production areas, including editing, sound, color, music, and the use of emerging tools.

The Lab welcomes fiction, documentary, and hybrid projects. It is open to both early-career and seasoned filmmakers aiming to push the creative potential of their films before final picture lock.

An intensive five-day producing lab aimed at Arab producers & directors working on their first or second feature narrative film.

In 2005 the Royal Film Commission - Jordan (RFC) launched Rawi (Storyteller) in collaboration with the Sundance Institute, and it is a screenplay development lab. Independent Arab screenwriters (Fellows) are offered the chance to develop their work in a uniquely creative environment under the guidance of internationally acclaimed screenwriters from all over the world (Creative Advisors).

Mosalsalat Screenwriters Lab is an annual five-day series script development workshop aimed at independent Arab screenwriters working on their narrative series projects. Screenwriters joining the Lab will experience one-on-one mentoring sessions with international accomplished screenwriters (Mosalsalat’s Creative Advisors). The goal of the program is to guide and strengthen the writers’ understanding of story concept, structure, and character development with the intention of producing a pilot script and supporting materials.
